- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Patient Neglect This Doctor Surgery needs investigating for Patient Neglect, I broke my back in March 2017 due to a car accident, the only help I had was a doctors note indicating my time off work, I was given no help or advise at all form this Doctors Surgery, and I was not given follow up help with physiotherapy for my back, I have still not had any help and it been almost 2 months now. I had a blood test in February 2017 to check for a stomach problem, after the blood test I did not hear from the doctors again, I phoned the doctors 2 months later only to be informed that the blood test result indicate there might be a problem, again this doctor surgery Neglect to inform me of any problem at all with my blood test, and they will not make an appointment for me to see a doctor unless I phone at a certain time. This Surgery is unbelievably bad, for your own safety, find somewhere reliable and trust worthy to go.by Wayne GrantMarch 09, 2017
